Similar to us, men also love being pampered. Now, when you are pampering you man – you need to be logical and use your brains. It is always nice to cook for them, but not the best idea. Have you ever tried to take him out on a drive? Yes, sit on the driving seat. This is my personal favorite. Why does he need to take the driving seat every time? If he loves going out on a drive, take him! But, this time, you take the driving seat. Cook for him, pack it and go on a mini-picnic on the rooftop, or pack a basket. Take him on a drive and whisper those words in his ears. Job, well done!
The ‘shock’ theorem:
My secret research also reveals that 8 out of 10 men, loves being surprised. One good way to speak your feelings would be to go beyond your comfort zone for them. What I personally tried, was to go on my knees with an ice-cream (because, I was not ready to propose then and there, but it just happened) and blurted out “can I marry you?” I know this is very outrageous, but you know what? He said “yes” right away. The bottom line is try something crazy, something they never expected you will do and voila, it will work.
Golden ‘gift’ rule:
You need to remember that the traditional gift rule is the best way to approach a man. But, it goes without saying that buying presents for men can be very difficult. While you are stuck between “shall I get him a shirt, or shall I get him a panjabi” – I will tell you what actually to get him. Men love gifts as much as women do, but they don’t like stereotypes. In such cases, I would suggest you to buy them something which instantly connects them to their passion. This can be anything – but something related to their passion. Take the CEO down the heavy metal lane, and he will understand that you like them – they are impressed. Leave a note with the gift, they will understand.
Girls, I am not saying that nothing beyond these five rules work for men. But, I will tell you this, no matter how they react on the face, but deep inside they would be overwhelmed by your efforts for them. Trust me, winning a woman’s heart is way difficult than winning a man’s. Now don’t waste time, just go and ask him “will you be my valentine?”
